MARIAM AMATRE

MONITORING AND EVALUATION OFFICER

Hailing from Katikamu North in Luweero Town Council, Mariam Amatre holds a Bachelor’s degree in Development Studies with a specialization in Communication and Rural Development from the Islamic University in Uganda. With a strong foundation in social work, she has worked as a social worker with Mildmay Uganda under the DREAMS project, where she supported child and family welfare programs. Additionally, Mariam served as a Sub-County Coordinator with the Nakaseta Initiative for Adult Development (NIFEAD), where she coordinated service delivery and led efforts in monitoring and evaluating program effectiveness. As the Monitoring and Evaluation Officer for Beacon of Hope Foundation, Mariam applies her expertise to ensure that the foundation’s projects make a lasting impact. Her dedication to continuous assessment and improvement is vital to the foundation’s mission of uplifting vulnerable children and families in Luweero and beyond.
