Born and raised in Kasana, Luweero, Philbert holds a degree in Development Studies from Kyambogo University. Currently a Regional Manager for the North and West Nile regions at ITHUBA Holdings (PTY) LTD, Philbert brings over a decade of experience in sales, distribution, and financial oversight. Having seen the challenges faced by children in his own community, he’s deeply committed to using his skills to create meaningful opportunities for youth in Luweero. As Treasurer, Philbert ensures that the Children’s Beacon of Hope Foundation operates with transparency and accountability, supporting its mission to empower young lives.
